Terms and Policy
1. DELIVERY POLICY
We offer the following delivery options:
- Cash on Delivery.
- Payment through card.
Kindly note that deliveries are not made on public holidays. Time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sales for further information.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- We deliver Island-wide.
- Delivery within Colombo 1-15 will be done on the same day or Next day delivery. (Please note that Delivery cut off time will be 4pm)
- Unfortunately deliveries to some postal addresses may not be available. If the delivery option to your address is not available, you will be notified about the same at the point of placing the order.
- You will be required to provide your signature to confirm the receipt at the point of delivery. If the product is not delivered due to any extrinsic circumstances, the parcel would be returned to our warehouse. Please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0112 735 584 or 0773 070 520 to arrange a redelivery and be informed that you may be responsible for additional delivery charges on any redelivery.
- Delivery times are estimates only. We will try our best to meet the estimated delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
- The orders may take longer and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activities or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather. - Cost of Delivery to be borne by the customer. Customer will be notified of delivery charge upon confirmation of purchase.
2. RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts for 3 Days from the date of purchase. If 3 Days have gone by since your purchase, you shall not be offered refund or an exchange.
- In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and should be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- A refund is applicable only for the following reasons specified:
– Complete shipment arrives broken or damaged
– Product does not match with the key features in online description
– Product is sent in the wrong style or quantity
– Partial shipment arrives damaged or broken
- Any hidden penalty fees, surcharges or return shipping fees will not be charged.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain instances where only partial refunds are granted. Contact us for further information.
- Change of mind is not allowed in any circumstances.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the same. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your credit card will automatically be credited or you will be refunded in the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4. LATE PAYMENTS

5. SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges may be possible if the product is still in its original condition, packaging and tags are still intact. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To return your product, you should mail your product to No:73 Templars Road, Mount Lavinia. You will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs while returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
